Personalized Treatment Plans
From your initial assessment, our team works with you to create a customized treatment plan tailored to your specific trauma history and recovery goals.
Healing from trauma takes time and the proper support. While traditional once-a-week therapy can help, many people find faster progress in trauma healing through more intensive programs. At Arrive Recovery Center, our outpatient mental health treatment programs offer the intensive trauma therapy, support, and consistency needed for more profound healing.
Our intensive outpatient treatment programs combine individual therapy with group therapy sessions, providing personal support and the powerful, research-supported benefits of shared healing in a community setting. This structure allows for more in-depth engagement and ongoing support between sessions—ideal for those ready to commit to a more robust recovery journey.
Located just outside Los Angeles in Thousand Oaks, our trauma IOP offers the care and structure that one-time, weekly therapy often can’t. If you’re seeking transformation, you belong at Arrive Recovery Center.

Our mental health intensive outpatient program (IOP) offers a flexible yet structured environment where individuals can receive the care they need while maintaining their daily responsibilities. IOP is an ideal option for those who don’t require the 24/7 care of inpatient treatment but still need a higher level of support than standard outpatient therapy.
The mental health IOP at Arrive Recovery Center is designed for individuals who are struggling with symptoms of trauma and need a safe, supportive space to process their experiences. This program offers a combination of individual therapy, group therapy, and holistic modalities to help individuals develop coping skills, gain insight into their trauma, and begin the process of emotional and psychological healing.
We also offer a mental health partial hospitalization program (PHP) in the San Fernando Valley for those needing a higher level of care. PHP provides more intensive support than IOP, allowing individuals to receive treatment most of the day while returning home in the evening. This program is ideal for individuals who need structured outpatient mental health or trauma treatment but don’t require the full-time commitment of inpatient treatment.
Our mental health PHP supports individuals healing from trauma and offers a blend of therapies and interventions similar to our IOP but in a more concentrated format. This program is especially beneficial for those transitioning from inpatient treatment or those who need a more intensive treatment plan due to the severity of their trauma symptoms.
For individuals who have completed our mental health IOP or PHP and are looking for continued support, we offer an outpatient program (OP). OP provides a lower level of continuing care or aftercare for those ready to transition out of more intensive programs while benefiting from regular therapeutic support.
In OP, clients can attend group and individual therapy sessions less frequently, allowing them to reintegrate into their daily lives while maintaining a solid foundation for their recovery. This program is ideal for individuals who have made significant progress in their trauma therapy and mental health treatment and are ready to take the next steps toward independent living.
